SEAD Self Expression and Dance Therapy Center provides classes and one on one sessions in Expressive Arts and Dance and Movement Therapy, including Somatics. Several Healing Arts (such as visual art, music, relaxation, dance, Body Mind Centering)are used in conjonction to ensure an in depth experience.

SEAD's objectives are:

- offer different forms for self expression and self discovery, involving dance, movement, music, art and voice

- encourage and support people to embody their full creative potential

- promote healing in the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of life.

No previous dance or art experience is needed.
